Program Terms

Any individual or registered business can apply, including IT consultants, MSPs, HR professionals, Odoo partners, and more. Approval is subject to Softhealer’s discretion.
20% flat, recurring, calculated on the net subscription value collected from the referred client each billing cycle.
You continue earning commissions for as long as your referred customer remains an active Monitor360 subscriber.
Commissions are paid within 30 days of Softhealer receiving cleared payment from the referred client.
All approved partners must sign the Monitor360 Referral Partner Agreement before submitting any referrals.
Referred prospects must be submitted through the partner portal before any engagement begins. Unregistered referrals are not eligible for commission.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Commissions on active subscriptions at the time of termination will be honoured for one further billing cycle.
